Do you have to replace the rear shocks to install the Lincoln Navigator Air Suspension Conversion Kit?

No. The overall ride quality would be better if they're replaced at the same time, but you're not required to replace them to convert your vehicle to coil springs.

Does my mechanic have to cut or weld anything?

How long does it take to install the Lincoln Navigator Air Suspension Conversion Kit?
